US

Sorry about my horrible camera skills. I want to show off my kids though. My mom always gets to hear how fast they are growing up, but now she has proof! :( XOXO

Happy Mothers day to all the mommies and future mommies. I'm so grateful to be a mom. I don't know what I'd do with out my kids. It's been a challenge the last five years, but it's been such a rewarding blessing in my life. I'm also so grateful to have such a loving and giving mother. She's very talented, devoted, and pretty much amazing! She would honestly walk through fire for all of her kids. She's always there for us and always will be thanks mom!! Happy mothers day to my mother-in-law. I'm so lucky to have her son! She's so good to my family and has shown unconditional love to us since day one. She is caring, loving, giving, and extraordinary!! Love you both xoxo. I stole this quote off my Sister-In-Laws blog- thanks Vieve!! "The responsibility mothers have today has never required more vigilance. More than at any time in the history of the world, we need mothers who know. Children are being born into a world where they “wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” (Ephesians 6:12) However, mothers need not fear. When mothers know who they are and who God is and have made covenants with Him, they will have great power and influence for good on their children."

Mothers Who Know

ALSO today is my one year anniversary couldn't be better then to celebrate with two kids right? I have a handsome hubby, educated, loves the gospel, loves his family, still kisses his mommy on the lips :), loves to learn new things, will watch law and order svu with me whenever I want to, makes me realize how crazy I am and to just laugh about things, awesome cook thanks to his mom, loves to sleep, loves to read, loves his ghetto car, frugal with his money, he dreams big so he never spends on the little stuff:) This past year has been awesome. We enjoyed our honeymoon in the Bahamas, going to a Real Soccer Game, Jazz game, Bees games, miniature golfing, Brady supported me in my first half marathon and thats real support if you only knew how long he had to wait for me:) ha I'll keep that a secret, Tin foil dinners in the canyon, late night with our neighbors who've become some of our best friends!!, roasting in our apartment over the summer with no AC, cooking together, announcing our pregnancy in TemeKulas pinata with little mints, another year of law school, going to St. George to visit friends anf family, my mom taking us to snow canyon park, hiking, fourth of July in San Fransisco, Christmas with both of our new famliies, TemeKula starting preschool, becoming primary teachers together, loving our ward, the birth of our little boy, I could go on. Thats just our postives we had our fair share of negatives ( I'll spare you the details and leave you with the bliss moments:) trying to adjust and we still are learning so much together, but every trial we endure we become that much closer!! I'm so grateful for my husband he's been such a great dad to TemeKula and now to Beckham he lights up when he sees all of us (MOSTLY ME, BUT THEM TOO:) )Marriage is divine!

" 'No one can assist in this work [unless] he shall be humble and full of love' (D&C 12:8). 'By love serve one another' (Gal. 5:13). Just as service is a natural consequence of love, so is love a natural consequence of service. Husbands, serve your wives. Wives, serve your husbands. Husbands and wives, serve your children. And to all we say, serve God and neighbor. As we do so, we will come to love the object of our devotion and thus be obedient to the first and great commandment of love."

Brady is done with his second year in law and we're off to celebrate in Hawaii!

I put Beckham on the counter today so I could get breakfast ready and Beckham rolled over. Not such a pleasant roll on a hard surface! (I cringed when I hear him hit the table, he didn't even cry he was just in SHOCK. SAD!)He did it all morning though front to back. I can't believe how big he is getting. I remember a couple weeks ago saying I didn't want him to smile after that life is on fast forward. (That's how it seems with Meka shes so big now!) After his first smile though my heart was melted and with each new development we are delighted to watch him grow. He's 11 weeks today.

TemeKula has been working really hard on her Articles of Faith. I'm so proud of her! I don't remember learning these until I was 12 and she's only 4. She loves to learn them though and keeps asking me when are we going to learn the 5th one mom. This video cracks me up. She is so spunky and thinks everything is so funny!!
